Koala Dream – Fridge Friends – Australian Farm Life

Description

The Koala Dream – Fridge Friends – Australian Farm Life set brings farm play to your fridge. With 35 wooden magnets, children can build scenes and tell their own stories. The bright pieces offer plenty to talk about as you play together. From naming an animal to making up its next adventure, each turn gives your child a fresh way to explore.

First, choose a few magnets and place them on a suitable magnetic surface. Then let your child move the pieces and decide what happens next. You can ask simple questions about each animal or make its sound together. For example, try a game of finding a matching farm friend. In this way, a small scene can spark a much bigger story.

As children pick up and place each piece, they practise hand control and aim. At the same time, naming the animals helps them try new words. You can also use the magnets for sorting and counting games. Start with a few pieces, then add more as their skills grow. Best of all, there is no fixed story to follow.

The pieces combine plywood with a magnetic sheet for hands-on play. Plus, the cardboard storage box has a cotton rope handle to help you carry the set. After play, pop the magnets back inside to keep them together. This set suits children aged two years and over. It makes a cheerful choice for shared play at home or a farm-themed gift.
