Description
Bring traditional family fun to the table with the Knox and Floyd – Goose Game. Roll the dice, move your goose along the illustrated track and race towards the centre. Along the way, unexpected spaces can change everyone’s plans. As a result, each game brings a fresh mix of excitement and surprise.
This nostalgic board game is also known as the Game of Goose or Goose Race. First, players take turns throwing the dice. Then they follow the numbered spaces towards the finish. However, some spaces add obstacles, including missed turns. Because the outcome depends on luck, everyone can join the race without learning complicated strategies.
The colourful retro-style board gives this classic game plenty of character. Meanwhile, the goose-themed playing pieces add a playful touch. You can enjoy a quick family challenge or introduce younger players to turn-taking and counting. In addition, the changing fortunes along the track encourage good-natured laughs and a little patience.
Looking for an old-fashioned game to share across generations? This timeless favourite is a lovely addition to your board game collection. For example, bring it out on a rainy afternoon or at a family gathering. Above all, the Knox and Floyd goose race celebrates simple play, friendly competition and the joy of reaching the finish together.
