Seishin Polar Bear Planter
$32.95 $
Grow peppermint on the back of a white ceramic polar bear. Its nose draws water from the included dish, while a wick feeds the growing medium. The kit includes a soil pellet, seeds, an inner pot and growing instructions. Suitable for ages three and up.
Description
The Seishin Polar Bear Planter brings a little herb garden to your home. Its white ceramic bear carries a plant on its back. Because peppermint seeds come with the kit, you can enjoy growing your own mint.
The bear lowers its nose into the included water dish. Water travels through a wick to the growing medium above. As a result, it looks as though your bear is drinking while the plant grows.
Use the growing guide to prepare the soil pellet and sow your seeds. Then keep the dish topped up as your peppermint starts to grow. Also, check the water level often and choose a spot that suits the plant.
This gentle bear design makes a lovely gift for plant fans. In addition, its small size suits a desk or shelf. You can also share the growing project with a child aged three or older.
